Reflecting Wales is S4C's strategy to increase diversity, improve inclusion and ensure representation of Wales' communities.
The strategy will be evaluated and reported on annually in order to measure the work's efficacy and progress.

S4C has general responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 a which include producing an annual strategic plan outlining how S4C aim to meet the legal requirement of the Equality Act.
These documents were updated in January 2024 and will be revised annually.
