Programme details

A chance to see the film Nel (1991), written by the scriptwriter Meic Povey who died recently. It tells the story of a single woman, Nel, who is being forced to move from the farm where she's spent her life, to a bungalow in the town because her brother wants to sell the family home. But Nel is determined not to move and when family members gather at the farm to bid the old place farewell, the tension mounts. The late Beryl Williams plays Nel and the late Stewart Jones is her brother, Robat.
